He did that. And it cost the GOP control of Congress. It cost the nation trillions in aid to invaders. It cost us a generation of anchor babies that we will be paying for for decades.

I don't think I ever recall posts as ridiculous as yours. What has been destroyed is the power and influence built up over the years for the Republican party. Built up by many thousands of people, but destroyed by Bush and his gang of misguided and deluded Tex-Mex RINOs.

Treating illegals with compassion??? What exactly does that mean? If it means ignoring their crimes, no way! If it means treating them with human dignity as they are rounded up and sent packing, OK. And, if we’re talking about caring for other people here, what about all of the AMERICANS who are harmed by illegal immigration? What about those American business owners who try to follow the law as they are undercut and put out of business by the illegals?
