Man From U.N.C.L.E. Dons RFK Assassination Tin Foil Hat
NewsBusters ^ | Janurary 11, 2008 | P.J. Gladnick

Your humble correspondent has long known that Robert Vaughn was a liberal but until now never figured the star of the popular 60s television hit series, The Man From U.N.C.L.E. as a full mooner. Yes, Vaughn has put on the tin foil hat to tell us that he knows the identity of the person behind the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy in 1968. Vaughn's moonbat theory comes to us via an excerpt from his book, "A Fortunate Life," which was printed in the British Daily Mail:

...Like the murder of his brother John almost five years earlier, Bobby's shooting was a watershed for America. Most people believe a lone assassin - a Palestinian refugee Sirhan Bashara Sirhan - was responsible for his death.

I shared that assumption until my continued involvement in political debate brought the real questions about Bobby's killing to my attention.

After studying documents, talking to experts and interviewing a crucial witness, I believe there is strong evidence that Bobby's killing was carried out by more than one gunman. And, more shockingly, that the Greek shipping magnate Aristotle Onassis paid for the assassination.

That's just silly, everyone knows it was Karl Rove, Dick Cheney and Sarah Palin.

I saw a fascinating show recently where a crew matched Zapbruder film frames up with the locations the Kennedy car was in at the moment the frames were taken. Their conclusion was that not only was there no second shooter, but if the second shot had been fired from the grassy knoll, it would have killed Jackie as well as JFK.

Oswald may not have been “just a lone nut” but he was a lone gunman.

I heard this guy interviewed on the Ron & Fez show. For a talented actor he is a complete nut job.

I’m a Man from UNCLE fan - David McCallum, that is, never Robert Vaughn. Vaughn was one of the loony left early on.

In the late 1950s Robert Kennedy was a counsel for the McClellan subcommittee investigation of organized crime. The hearings were televised. I remember seeing this exchange. Mr. Kennedy was questioning Sam Giancana. Mr. Giancana was refusing to answer (Fifth Amendment) and at one point gave a little chuckle.

I guess it was frustration (arrogance?) that made Robert Kennedy say this to the crime boss of all crime bosses: "I thought only little girls giggled."

.. and there's no connection to the assassination a few years later? I wonder.

Vaughn was always a hard core lefty. I rarely read novels or fact based (long) books because I have too much other stuff to read. I did read a book about Ari, Jackie O and the Kennedys by a Brit.

Great book and all are/were slimy people. Ted negotiated Jackie’s pre-nup. The book said the Kennedys and Ari hated each other. There was real bad blood between Ari and RFK. Ari was a shady guy so it would not suprise me.

I am amazed John John turned out so well RIP. His dad, mom and sister were flakes.

Just download the Z. film and decide for yourself. If you know soeone who has sniper experience it may explain the type of ammo used.
