OK, how was he forced? It was a weird shift from Harriet Miers to Roberts.
Conservatives moaned & complained, but how did that “force” him? I would like to know that.

Also,,the supremes in the 2nd amendment decision. Dont give them too much credit. They knew full well that to rule the other way would likely spark the beginning of an open rebellion.
