Looks like it is time for these government workers to request some of their union dues back in the form of relief funds.

Finally, govt. workers are facing what those of us in the private sector have faced off and on all of our working lives. They wanted their wages to be that of the private sector and more, along with the heavy benefit package that those of us in the private sector don't have.

Now that we, in the private sector, can't ante up any more of the wealth that we create to pay for those who make more than we do, the price is now being paid in the govt. sector.

These people have to realize that they do not create wealth. They are paid with portions of wealth extracted from the wealth creators.

Oh, I know! They say that they pay taxes too. But, they pay taxes on income that comes from taxes that others pay, not from any creation of wealth.

I believe labor union dues is mandatory in CA unless you claim some sort of religious exemption.
