I read that he only got a passport when he became a senator a few years ago. Maybe my memory is faulty.

He also needed a passport in 1981 to travel to Pakistan. The question is, "Was that passport Indonesian?"

If he had no U.S. passport and it is common knowledge that Obama traveled abroad (such as from his own writings or statements), the chief justice cannot accept that recent passport as proof of eligibility. Maybe there are facts that I am missing.

Too many politicians and unelected government officials today refuse to be accountable to the people. Look at Paulson, who refuses to divulge how he is spending the bailout money. It is long past time for the American people to turn off “American Idol” and draw a line.
