You have to prove your citizenship to get a US Passport.

And I doubt very seriously that the GOP Controlled Senate would have seated Obama in 2005 If he were not a citizen.

It's probably easier to get a diplomatic passport for Senators than an ordinary citizen can get a tourist passport. Here are the many ways that an ordinary citizen can get a passport. And it sure looks like an easy way for a person, like Obama, to con the system.

- Early Public Records
- Letter of No Record
- Form DS-10: Birth Affidavit
- Foreign Birth Documents + Parent(s) Citizenship Evidence
- Delayed Birth Certificate
