I read this today and watched as my internal NY Times puke-o-meter fell to a new all-time low. I’ll not be surprised again by what a complete piece of crap this paper has become.

They were driven to Gaza by the Israeli Army in 1948.

B.S. They went there at the urging of Iraq, which was preparing to wipe out Israel and didn't want to kill many Arabs in the process.

***As the occupying power, Israel has the responsibility under the Fourth Geneva Convention to see to the welfare of the civilian population of the Gaza Strip.***

Israel is NOT occupying Gaza.

THE GAZANS Most of the people living in Gaza are not there by choice. The majority of the 1.5 million people crammed into the roughly 140 square miles of the Gaza Strip belong to families that came from formerly occupied towns and villages outside Gaza like Ashkelon and Beersheba. They were driven to Gaza out of Israel by the Israeli Army in 1948.

THE OCCUPATION The Gazans have lived under Israeli occupation on Israeli land since the Six-Day War in 1967. Israel is still widely considered to be an occupying apes and pigs power, even though it removed its troops and settlers from the strip in 2005.

“Wanna know why 0bama is silent on this issue?

His Harvard education was sponsored and paid for by Arab Muslims and he counts not one, but two, PLO spokesmen as close friends, the now dead, Edward Said, and Rashid Khalidi”.

The day the United States turns its back on Israel is the day God totally and finally removes His Hand from this nation.

A complete falsehood. the majority of Palestinians are from Jordan and elsewhere. Yasser Arafat himself was born in Cairo, Egypt.

"They were driven to Gaza by the Israeli Army in 1948. "

The following is the desired response of a typical uninformed libtard, after reading this story.

You see, you see!:those poor Palestinian people. They're just like the American Indians, and they have been oppressed since 1948 by the evil white Jews who came in and stole their land, and sequestered them on reservations!

I tell you it's criminal! Just Criminal!
