As the most protected president in U.S. history, Barack Obama's official car naturally offers a sanctuary against an assassin's bullet - or even rocket attack.

Where ever Obama travels in the world the stretch limo, which is based on a Cadillac saloon, will travel with him.

I didn’t see the thread, but I’m familiar with the company that manufacturers the President’s limo (in Dayton Ohio). They don’t tell the public half of whats in that vehicle, and not even a tenth about its capabilities.

That law was passed back in the 1990’s and only included president’s elected after 1997. I am not sure who proposed the law and who voted for and against that law.
