Specter, McCain and Voinovich are all RINOs and should be replaced. The first item on the agenda for the new chairman of the RNC (Hopefully Blackwell) should be to try and put the conservative base in order by ridding us of the RINO and neocon factions.

When conservatives run as true conservatives with a conservative message, we win.
