There were posts from last year I believe which cited other ways the data had been skewed by Hansen and other warmists to cover data they didn’t like. One that I remember was to take actual temperature readings provided by satellites and “correct” them by applying a formula to reflect a process they claimed was occurring in the atmosphere that could not be directly measured. Of course, this made the resultant data warmer. I also remember discussion of corrections to historical climate data that revised temperature readings taken from earlier reports to “correct” data showing years in the 1930’s as the warmest since measurements were taken.

Maybe someone here remembers those discussions and can revive those threads or provide links to the actual articles.

The sad fact is that no matter how many times Hansen gets caught cooking the books, 90% of the sheeple still see him as the whistleblower that Bush tried to silence.
