Here is the story behind the "Banned for Life" straight from Coulters lips.

He has undoubtedly achieved that dubious feat in one of Ann’s earlier appearances..
Hannity also accused Colmes of marrying Dr. Jocelyn Crowley in a desperate attempt to make himself more sympathetic and likeable to viewers. “For a while there, because of his support for gays and gay rights, viewers were beginning to think that Alan was homosexual. His marriage hasnt put an end to such rumors, but it has taken the wind out of them. In addition, his being married makes him seem less like a monster and a little more manly.”
I have long had the urge to smack him with a shovel..
Oh, yes, I do actually enjoy hearing from the rare intelligent and informed liberal who reasons and does not merely spout talking points. Unfortunately, that’s pretty rare on TV — usually they just bellow and interrupt, and if they can’t have their way they just start to filibuster with babble.
Great interview (shut-up Alan) and thanks for the link.
Thanks RonDog!
she has a wiki entrw with links to her group
She was asked if she would go on NBC if they asked again.
That's when she said maybe she could buy it with the money her book makes.
I love it when the liberals try to derail a conservative, and they just ramp up their success!
should help sales
Fox did not re-sign him because they realized he's been dead for 5 years.
beautiful
best I’ve seen her
Did anyone REALLY listen to what AC had to say?
Did anyone pick up the name Alicia Keys in what she was talking about on H&C??
I don’t think so.
Ann is correct & i found this blogspot to prove that Keys is in denial about her racism. Alicia Keys is just as wacked as Rev J.Wright- this is some kinda’ crazeee thinkin’ man....

My wife listens to some of that crap, and sometimes I am stuck with being around it. But now, I have a reason to grin through it...
Ms Keys says that she wears a gold AK-47 on a chain around her neck to symbolize her solidarity with the Black Panthers and the "Kill 'em dead" attitude.
Hmmm... OK. I wear a REAL Kimber .45ACP on my hip to symbolize my solidarity with being left the hell alone.
"Kill 'em dead" indeed.
“I loved how she shut Alan up.”
It was utterly lame. I could actually debate Ann on some points even though she’s agreeable just for the sake of a “show” but Colmes could only muster feigned ignorance on her points about the pathology of single parent homes.
Colmes limply tried to twist her demonstrated results of broken homes by suggesting that she was attacking the single mothers, over and over. It was just completely feckless.
And limp.
I say this as someone who grew up in a single parent home before it became “fashionable.” Trust me, there’s no glamour in it.

There’s that one guy on Fox who tries to be reasonable and at least speaks from his own perspective. The husky white guy, former Democrat spokesman or something, his name just escapes me.
I think it’s Bob Beckel. And he will call others on the other side fairly on points as well.
But most of them just carry water, bucket after bucket. Juan Williams use to be like that for years. Then he found love for the Clintons and was annoyed with his colleagues who all carried water for Obama. You could see he was really fed up with it.
So I would say Beckel is an exception. And there’s one who I would put in his own, who never touts the party line and is really interesting to listen to even if he did work for Jimmy Carter.
I’m talking about Pat Cadell. The guy just talks from his own honest position. Always very interesting to listen to.
But the rest, yeah, all phonies. Except for that cute Kirsten Powers. She also writes a column and I’m shocked that she will question the Rat party as she is a former Rat player herself.
My vote goes for Pat Caddell.
Alicia Keys is a talented woman. But what Ann was saying that like Obama, she identifies only with her black roots and apparently like the Obamatron they both had black fathers who abandoned their family.
I would disagree with Ann on this point in one respect. One’s identity is equally created in the home and by how society judges you. And clearly society probably made clear to both Alicia and Obama that they were black.
Can’t imagine that any bi-racial kids have had it too easy. Shoot most people have enough issues in high school without coping with that no matter what the racial links might be.
In this regard, I think Ann missed the mark.
Agree. Give him 40 semester hours of history by Larry Sweikart and 40 semester hours of economics from Walter Williams and I think he might be salvageable and turn conservative.
