Who at the JTTF confirmed this as true? Give me a name in freepmail, I'll call him or her tomorrow and ask them myself. If you'd like, I'll email them so I can post a response to you with their permission. I do tech support for DHS/ICE. There are ICE agents on the JTTF that I talk to regularly. I also deal with FBI agents and officers on the FPS. If you'll provide me that name, I'd be happy to confirm this as true or false.
