I have read many of Tom Clancy’s books and am now reading a good book by Oliver North.
But I have no military or intelligence experience.
Maybe I too, could be qualified to run the CIA???
Nowadays, probably. The CIA is, for all intents and purposes, a joke. Credit Congress for its wondrous oversight.
