PROTEST Hundreds objected to the mandated flu vaccinations.
THE state’s new law requiring young children attending licensed pre-school and child care centers to get flu vaccinations will be tested this week when thousands of children return to classrooms and playrooms after the long holiday break.
New Jersey, the first state in the nation to require flu shots for young schoolchildren, set a Dec. 31 deadline for parents to obtain flu vaccinations for their children. It was part of a new policy requiring a total of four additional immunizations for schoolchildren over the objections of some parents who worry about possible risks from vaccinations.
The requirement applies to children between 6 months and 5 years who are attending licensed day care and preschool programs. State public health experts said that flu shots for young children are important for overall public health.
“Stopping flu transmission among kids will stop flu transmission in the community at large,” said Dr. Tina Tan, the state epidemiologist.
Health officials said they would not know until after the holiday how many children have met the requirement. The state relies on schools, preschools and day care centers to collect immunization records from parents and then forward the information...

An advisory panel for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said that all children ages 6 months to 18 years should receive an annual flu shot.
In New Jersey, preschoolers are also required to get a vaccine against the germ that causes pneumonia. That vaccination was due at the beginning of the school year. Sixth graders are required to get a vaccine against meningitis and a booster against tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis. Children who enroll in school after the new year, perhaps from other states or countries, must also be vaccinated...

For this reason, if not by State or federal law, than by presidential executive order in time of martial law.
Make sure there's enough for everyone? Yes.
Strongly encourage everyone to get it? Yes.
Mandate it by executive order by declaring martial law? NO!
If people refuse to get the vaccine, let them sign off responsibility for the consequences indicating that they know the risks and are willing to take them.
But do NOT require the force of law to herd people into vaccinations that they do not want, or may not need.
By the time it's obvious that it's needed, people will be infected and dying. You'll be able to prevent some deaths by inoculating after the epidemic starts.
The only way to prevent an epidemic is to force inoculation before the virus is a threat. That means that you have to be sure that it WILL hit the US and it WILL spread and cause an epidemic.
So force people to take the risks of side effects when there is not even any proof that the virus WILL hit? Then who's going to take responsibility for the side effects? The government who forced people to get a vaccine that they didn't need?
Just how do you propose to enforce this mandatory vaccination and when? Armed police coming to your door and forcing you to the doctors office under threat of jail time or being shot if you don't?
Will they physically drag you off? Or hold you down while the accompanying doctor injects you in your own home?
The general healthy population was tested for antibodies to the avian flu?
The “H” factor (Hemagglutinin) is the means by which the influenza virus enters individual cells. There are 16 known varieties of HA.
Until recently Hemagglutinin 5 had not crossed over into the human species, based on extensive international surveys. Other influenza are most commonly H1 and H3, which humans have been exposed to multiple times.
This makes H5 very dangerous, because the human immune system has no template to use to attack it, so it overreacts with the “cytokine storm”, which fights the new virus in the lungs, destroying large amounts of lung tissue in the process, and often killing the patient.
Is it known for a fact that EVERYBODY who becomes infected with it has that kind of mortality rate?
The international medical community has responded to the Avian flu threat like no other in human history. Even North Korea, which has had severe typhoid fever epidemics, yet refused outside aid, is fully cooperating in efforts to stop Avian flu. Those countries most afflicted fully test anyone who might have been exposed to infected birds, animals or people.
No mild cases of Avian influenza have been discovered. This in itself is extremely unusual in influenza.
How is it known that there aren’t people who get it and have no worse symptoms than any other flu?
Generally speaking, outbreak areas are quarantined, and everyone within are required to be tested within and beyond the incubation period of the virus.
I don’t know about laws requiring vaccination, but refusing to vaccinate your kids is not intelligent. Millions of people are walking the earth because of vaccinations.

Actually, it is going to be simpler than that. Since after six months of full production of vaccine, once the lethal Human to Human strain is known, there will only be enough for 1 in 10 Americans.
This means that if you are in an outbreak area, you will be quarantined. If you have been vaccinated, you will be allowed out of the quarantine area into an outprocessing area, where you will be required to remain until the incubation period has passed.
If you attempt to leave the quarantine area without approval, force may be used to prevent your departure. If you insist, they will shoot you.
Don’t worry about being forced into vaccination. Worry that as much as you want it, you won’t be able to get any, for you and your family.
This brings us back to my original point. That being right now, there are H5N1 antigens that could be used to familiarize our immune system to Hemagglutinin 5. Hopefully by providing these to the public, the cytokine storm effect could be precluded, and America could escape the Avian flu with as few as 1-3 million dead.
Just order the homeopathic flu vaccine next year in the Fall and do it instead. I have Lupus and keep it in remission through natural methods, but a flu shot ten years ago put me down for weeks, have done homeopathic ever since and I don’t get the flu. One good thing about the homeopathic flu is when you are exposed you take a dose for prevention. It is all at the link I posted above here.
All but one flu vaccine on the market does contain mercury. In addition dog vaccines still contain it, though if you insist you can get a mercury-free Rabies vaccine for your dogs, but you have to insist that is what the vet gives you. Don’t forget these vaccines are grown on things like eggs and that is why they ask people getting flu vaccine if they are allergic to eggs... the polio vaccine was contaminated with a Simian virus back in the 50’s/60’s and cells from that virus is appearing in cancer cells these days.

One of the people who recently told me that her grandson is autistic said she and her daughter in law both think it is vaccines. She is a school nurse. I told her how we spaced out the immunization schedule and she agreed it was a good idea.
My husband and I are both professionals and educated etc. We eventually found a doctor that would work with us on making an alternate immunization schedule.

I agree.
While none of us want shot after shot for our babies, doing this is better than life long problems.
