That's the key... "With walk in service." I'm 1400 miles away, and have to do it "long distance." Unless I'm there in person, they insist that I have to go through the service.

By rights,Those names should be reason enough to prevent them from running for public office. All three have been run in the dirt for so long.I hope[wishful thinking] Caroline Kennedy gets turned down before Chappaquidik Ted bites the big one so he could see the Kennedy legacy finally going down the toilet. That way he could go to his grave agonizing over the fact that America is finally starting to come to their senses by finally rejecting their BS and may have a chance to become a great nation once again.
Agreed, but then there's Barry Soetoro. At least half of the voting populace cast their votes for Obama.
Notta good sign.
How true.
One quarter of those votes were stuffed by Acorn, illegal aliens, dead people, covicted felons and a quarter were people that were brained washed by the media who many will be soon wondering what they have done. The other half are blacks who voted because he’s part black and liberals who vote only on the party line and think anybody’s better than a Republican.
Try the dept of Commerce in Gary Ind.
The master has become the servant. The once servant has become the master.
And the sheeple continue to rejoice in their captivity. Not realizing a gilded cage is STILL a cage.
I cringe every time I hear someone say "the government ought to do something."
Well I just checked a couple localities in NY (both of my parents were born there) and they do in fact provide walk-in AND mail service, for $10.00.
The third-party service offered by NY State gov is a completely different and more expensive source.
Have you checked the web site for the city/town/county in which you were born, and where your birth was officially registered?

IMO our fellow citizens have a long and glorious history of voting for fraudsters, charlatans, and brigands.
No, it isn’t because other than kind of looking the age you are suppose to be, the SS# doesn’t prove your identity.
I tried calling both the county (Westchester) and the city (Yonkers) and was told that I had to go through the state agency.
It doesn’t matter at this point. I needed it. I had to get it, so I wound up paying for it.

1) While you can reduce illegal immigration at the border, you can't eliminate it. Really, with a few easy steps, you can end economic immigration without a fence at all - just by doing some interior enforcement to deny illegals the ability to get a job or to get public services. Pat Buchanan got this right. But this is only feasible if the enforcement agencies can identify WHO YOU ARE.
2) Suggesting this will lead to putting chips into people is what troubles me most about your comments. You don't NEED to put a chip on a person because each person already has several 'chips.' Finger prints, retinas, DNA, etc.
3) Be it identity theft or legal status, there needs to be an absolute way to identify that you are who you say you are.
4) Remember, I said an 'open source' multi-biometric database. Making it open sourced will prevent abuse of the system and will also allow the brightest minds to be able to identify flaws in the system.
