Britain's 'betrayed' white working classes believe immigrants receive better treatment

White families on the country's poorest estates believe they have been 'betrayed' and 'abandoned' by politicians who favour newly-arrived immigrants, a Government report acknowledged today.

It found that people on council estates think they always come second to immigrants for housing and benefits.

Many feel they have been shoved aside by politicians who use political correctness and allegations of racism to stifle honest discussion, it said.

The report for the Department of Communities and Local Government drew an admission from Communities Secretary Hazel Blears that white working class people 'sometimes just don't feel anyone is listening or speaking up for them.'

She said people should be allowed to talk about their worries 'without fear of being branded a racist.'

The findings, produced by Mrs Blear's 'National Community Forum', appear another step on Labour's road away from multiculturalism, the left-wing doctrine that dominated ministerial thinking until the 2005 London July bombings.

Under multiculturalism, ethnic minority groups are encouraged to develop their own identity while critics say values associated with white groups are dismissed as racist.

Today's report was based on interviews with 43 people on largely-white housing estates in Birmingham, Runcorn, Milton Keynes and Thetford in Norfolk.

It found that 'by far the most frequent context for referring to ethnic minorities is that of perceived competition for resources - typically housing, but also employment, benefits, territory and culture.'

On the Milton Keynes estate, 'feelings of anxiety around housing were so acute that respondents claimed they had voted against the regeneration of the estate, which meant pulling down all breeze block houses and rebuilding them with new and better materials, because they feared that their necessary displacement during building work would result in them losing their places on the estate to immigrants.'

Of course not.

Just as the American people haven’t woke up to it.

Neither has the GOP. Tanc, Hunter, and Paul got stomped.

Recall, McCain was the ‘Choice’.

Whatever else might be going on, it's a safe bet that the above is taking place. It's become SOP for the guilt-ridden, white left wing types.

Council houses were state built houses, where the majority were built after after ww2, they can also be houses adopted by local Govt for social housing' purposes.

During the reign of the Labour Govt, the majority of state housing has been sold off to residents in them under the 'Right To Buy' scheme, at a discount of market value.

Unfortunately, most people who bought them, sold them on straight away (a practice which Govt clamped down on) for profit.

Council houses are usually very well built, with lots of garden space, and since many people now own them, the standards of the 'estates' has improved dramatically. No stigma over here by ownbing an 'ex council house'.

The problem now, is that there is a lack of social housing, so immigrants (with large families) are usually given housing from private landlords, at the taxpayers expense due to human rights laws on personnel/house size and bedroom ratios.
This a loophole getting absolutely raped by large immigrant families. For example, there was an article recently, where a family, compleltely living on state benefits, costs the taxpayer £90k a year, just in rental costs alone, as they live on the same street as amongst others, Conservative leader, David Cameron.

The indigenous peoples of England should expect no special protections from imperialist muslims who come to colonize the land.

The government labors under the delusion of “white man’s burden.” The citizens bear it.

The British are amazing. They don’t seem to remember Runnymede, the Magna Carta and it’s effect on the world. When the ABA has to erect a monument to the Magna Carta at Runnymede it speaks volumes.

A council estate is indeed government housing - although its local rather than national government controlled. Basically town hall built these clumps of houses (estates) and rented them out to individuals. They are not exactly of great architectural merit, but functional and reasonably comfortable.

People have the right to buy their council houses if they want (and indeed, many have done).

Perhaps I need to get a better understanding of Council Housing, as I interpret it, it is like our housing projects, or subsidized housing for those on the dole.

I do not intend to lump all citizens of the UK in the “parasite” catagory. I’m rather a bit of an anglophile, and it pains me to see what is happening to much of British society these days.
