Neighbor, I toyed for a while with the idea of putting a "Not My President" sticker on the truck, but now I'm inclined to something like
"Not My Country Anymore"
We're in a Hell of a mess, and the voters put us there.
For most of our lives we have been wary of our enemies. We just failed to see the enemies were amongst us.
No one had to engage us in battle or anything, they just grew right here within. aw hell, we even allowed ourselves to vote for some of them. Party politics, lesser evil scenario.
My advice to you if you decide to put one of those stickers on your car would be to smack it on an old beater, otherwise you will get keyed and your tires flattened by an Obama voter.
Pull yourself together. We are not quitters or blamers. We are the party of freedom and we need to start putting candidates on the ticket who have ideas which promote individual liberty. We need to develop a base of freedom loving fellow countrymen. John McCain was in no way representative of the conservative movement. I think a better bumper sticker, if you must wear your heart on your sleeve, would be, "John McCain; Not My Candidate".
We cannot let urban America force these welfare pimps on us. We have the heartland....now we need to try to capture some of the urban vote. We need to demonstrate the success of our ideas on the state level.
The Pity Party is now over. Back to work. Your name is backhoe; I don't doubt your ability to be strong and tough and get the job done. We all feel bad, but this is no time for tears.
I am seriously considering to take the flag off my house on January 20, and leave it off as long as the zero occupies the Peoples House. On the other hand I will probably keep it up because of our troops
The radicals from the 60s and the commies from the 50s have taken over the USA and it won’t be pretty.
