I happen to be a Bible believing Christian who voted for this man twice. I do not look to the government or any man as the source of my security or provision. I find this idolatry repugnant. I know who(or should that be Who) has kept me safe. I choose to love my enemy. Alien concept, that. I suggest you direct your thankfulness to God. And how is spending your time gawking at these pictures showing respect? You are kidding right. More like self-indulgence.

You’re entitled to your opinion but take it somewhere else.
That's where you're wrong. It's not idolatry, it's simply acknowledging the fact that we have an honest, straightforward President, who has done much to keep our country safe since 9/11/01. Since the MSM never shows anything but negativity about President Bush, this site keeps us informed about what he's doing on a daily basis, and it's presented in a positive manner.
Since many on FR seem to have decided that the President is the Devil Incarnate, and are no different than folks on DU or the MSM, this is our Sanity Island. It's nice to have ONE place on FR that isn't polluted by the ugliness that some on the rest of the place seem to want to dish out on any thread about the President.
