Nearly 400 earthquakes have rocked Yellowstone National Park since last Friday. The quakes are putting scientists on alert, but they say this type of activity isn't unusual. As long as the quakes continue, the park will keep a very close eye on the region.
Hank Heasler, the Park's Geologist, said "Back in 1985, up to 3 months of earthquakes (occured). (They were) up to magnitudes 4.7. So the past four days have been relatively energetic for the last few years."
Scientists say predicitng earthquakes is still in it's infancy and not reliable. Park officials are not worried that this swarm of quakes could lead to a catastrophic event. However with the lack of accurate forecasting it is possible that these small tremors could be a precursor to a much bigger quake or even a volcanic eruption.

It all stems on our next POTUS. He "claims" to be a Christian, and because of this simple claim, many have given him a blank pass, and follow him.
Lets look at his Christianity.
He is pro, extra pro abortion. Some might argue that one can be a christian and be so called pro choice. But we are talking about someone who wants babys who survive an abortion attempt, to be thrown out and left to die, because that was the mothers intent. Christ gathered children to himself. He elevated them. Obama calls them a punishment.
The Bible talks more about money than any other single subject.
Obama thinks everything should be distributed equally, more "fairly". The Bible tells us that material posessions are a gift or blessings from God. Blessings are a gift or response to us from God, for his love or how we live our lives.
Obama calls everyone "without" , "disadvantaged". And that everyone should have things equally. The Bible says, a person who doesn't work, shouldn't eat. The Bible commends diligence and prudence. That through hard work and wise planning wealth is acquired. Obama wants everything to be equal no matter work ethic or frugality. The Bible tells us that through wisdom and diligence that a person provides for his family, and that he leaves an inheritance for his children. Obama doesn't believe in an inheritance.
Obama TALKS charity and selflessness. His actions speak differently. Obama spends $100,000 on a personal botanical garden and gazebo. Meanwhile, he has a 1/2 brother living in a shack made of scraps, with a dirt floor, on $1 a month.
The Bible tells us that someone who doesn't provide for his own is less than an infadel.
Obama just took a vacation with his family in a house that cost $40,000 a week.
Lets take another approach on Obama's christianity/religion. One, on tv with George Steppenopolus, Obama slips and says "my muslim faith", and had to be corrected by GS, after a large pregnant pause. I've been a christian for 40 years, I've never "slipped" and identified myself with anything other than Christ. Granted, Obama was "brought up" muslim, but his supposed conversion happened 20 years ago.
In the muslim faith, a person who converts to any other religion is supposed to be outright killed. That anyone who does this is to be honored. A conversion such as this is not casual, and their commitment to their new beliefs must be engrained. Obamas seems opposite of this.
Another view on Obamas religion. Lets look back at a muslim converting to Christianity. Muslim clerics world wide, who hate the great Satan, America, would be enraged that a "former" muslim would be POTUS. And yet the very opposite has happened. Muslims worldwide cheer that America will have its first muslim POTUS.
So after all this, it comes down to this. Because of Obamas extreme leftist background, I think Obama is out to literally destroy everything America has and has stood for the last 300-400 years. He outright stated that even if taxing the rich would actually hurt everybody, he'd still want to tax them "to be fair".
He claims transparency in his administration, and yet everything he does is the exact opposite. His COLB issue is number one. Instead of presenting it and removing doubt, he spends almost a million dollars to cover it up. Instead of openness, and removing doubt over his presidency, he has basically given the American people the bird.
He talks of the world, and world opinion. I think he will sell the US sovereignty to the UN. He hates the US' strength and supremacy. In his world of equality, the US iritates him.
The US has prospered because of its Christian values. And yet this very point is a thorn to Obama.
In short order, the US will not be the counterbalance to the evil in the world.
Lastly, in the MidEast. Ezekial tells us of the coming war of Gog/Magog. A coalition of mainly Islamic nations and Russia will attack Israel. In this nobody defends Israel, and Israel does not/or is not able to defend itself. And yet the invading nations are utterly destroy. The Bible tells us that God himself defends Israel. That a great earthquake will shake the entire world. God will leave no doubt that he is the God of Israel. If the US were a strong ally to defend or deture an attack on Israel, it would not allow God to show his glory.
You still have some time. The Inauguration isn't for a few more weeks. Hold it. Wait. What thread am I on? :-)

If you want something real to worry about, try an eruption of the Yellowstone caldera where scientists have discovered that the ground is over 70 centimeters higher than in was in 1923 — indicating a massive swelling underneath the park.
There was a swarm of 16 earthquakes in 24 hours this past weekend. The reservoir is filling with magma at a staggering rate. The volcano erupts with a calendar-like cycle of every 600,000-650,000 years.
The last eruption was more than 640,000 years ago.
Last time it erupted, 642,000 years ago, it ejected 1,000 cubic kilometers of magma into the air. If this happened in today’s world, it would kill millions and cover most of the United States in a layer of ash at least a centimeter thick. The lighter ash would rise up into the atmosphere, initiating a volcanic winter and ruining crops worldwide.

It’s New Years Eve, and everyone is supposed to be having a good time tonight. We celebrate the end of the old and the beginning of the new year. Others tonight are pondering the potential danger that could be eminent. No one really knows what is going to happen, but scientists are keeping a close eye on things.
A large number of the earthquakes have been between 3 and 4 in magnitude. These kinds of swarms are often indicative of something to come in the way of volcanic activity. Yellowstone is really a large volcano. The BBC coined the term “super volcano” in 2000.
Yellowstone blew it’s lid 2.1 million years ago releasing an estimated thousand cubic miles of ash into the atmosphere. That was 10 times worse than the volcano that nearly wiped out human kind 74,000 years ago.
It should be noted that all the earthquakes have been intense and concentrated in one area, which happens to be above the magna chamber. The scariest part of this story is the “harmonic tremors” that scientists have picked up. They are a low level constant rumbling, which usually indicates magna movement.
It is most likely that the seismic activity is due to volcanic activity. To some, it is almost certain that some sort of eruption will occur. The only question remaining is how big it will be.
Others say there is not much to worry about.
Many believe the descriptions of end day scenarios in the bible sound a lot like what would happen if there were a supervolcano eruption. 1/3 crops dying, the sky turning dark, the moon as blood, etc.
