The Breathalyzers give false readings; I guess you didn’t bother to read the article; that’s OK if you don’t bother to comment.

If you werent under the influence, then you shouldnt have had an issue with the tests.If you are not hiding drugs in your house, you shouldn't have an issue with a warrantless search.

You could have walked the line and passed the Breathalyzer.
I blew .05, without having consumed any alcohol at all. Granted that is not over the limit, but it is high enough to be detained or even arrested. IOW, those breathalyzers are not exactly stellarly accurate.

If they can't convict you for driving under the influence of alcohol they will convict you for impairment instead..Even if you hadn't been drinking any alcohol
