So the assertion that “Driving a car is a PRIVILEGE, not a RIGHT“ is inaccurate because there is a right to drive a car.

Your "right" to drive the car becomes a licensed privilege as soon as the car rolls onto a public street. You have a right to keep and bear arms, but don't walk into a court house or a post office will a loaded firearm. There are limits.

So you agree that there is a right to drive a car under some circumstances. You agree while driving a car may be a privilege it may also be a right.

More importantly, you agree that those who say “There is no right to drive a car” are wrong.

That's all I'm after right now.
