I'm not on the road either. I'm referring to people who claim that constitutional law is different than it is because they really REALLY want it to be different.

The left does that all the time. It is very sad when people who call themselves conservatives make the same mistake.

John, I’m sorry to say, but you brought upon many of the comments here to you, all by yourself. You made a very condescending comment and then compounded that by becoming even more condescending, even before your “crazies” comment.

I have followed much of your discourses on various subjects, and all of your comments on this thread, and frankly I’m disappointed in how you have addressed, or refused to address, many of the comments and questions posed here to you this evening.

“That’s the way it is and there is nothing you can about it” is also a position of the left, and one you have espoused on this thread. Is that your attitude about Roe vs. Wade, or just DUI laws?
