This is an interesting and extremely important issue for the status of the Constitutional contract We The People hold with the federal authority. The SCOTUS should--at minimum--define what 'natural born citizen' means the way the framers used it in definiing Constitutional eligibility.
It may be that the SCOTUS will rule waht was the meaning and then cite the evolution of changes in meaning which make it--in their eyes--more important that the peopel ahev voted someone intot he office. This will of course not take into account that we the people were deceived by the candidate, manipulated with silnece from the fifth column enemedia, and railroaded into accepting a tacit change to the Constitution which did not happen by the prescribed means stated in the Constitutional contract. THAT is why I have been stating that this issue could abrogate the contract if not dealt with adequately.

Obama committed purhery on his application for the IL Bar, he posted a forgery as BC evidence and collected hundreds of millions of dollars using false qualifications and forged documents (the Selective Service document is also forged according to expert analysis).
The most immediate response to such allegations as Ive made is 'who's this expert that analysized documents' or 'not a single accusation has ever been upheld in a court of law' and variations on that obfuscation theme. It's spin, Ron, and it's being carried out because the most powerful job in the world is at stake to be controlled by powers that we cannot even fathom! And a man who has gamed one system and set of rules after another his whole life is now demanding that he be givena pass as an affirmative action racial quota candidate. He can shove his race up his nasty lying butt, it doesn't change the truth that he has committed purjery and posted forged documents in oder to scam the world into pormoting him to a position he lusts after but is probably not eligible for ... he just demands, as a racially positioned affirmative action candidate, to be allowedf to ascend. Thanks.. I would appreciate some links on what the founders intended. My research, which is limited compared to yours, suggested it was unclear, and if it went to SCOTUS they would probably say “well, the Congress of 1790 clarified it, and a number of them were Founders, so, that’s as close of a definition as we are going to get”.
But that was just my opinion.
