WFTV-Channel 9 asked why private investigator Jim Hoover -- who was apparently working with the Anthony family -- was videotaping in November where toddler Caylee Anthony's remains were found a month later.
"He says the tape shows Caylee's body was not here at that time," Kathi Belich reported. "But now investigators want to know why he was here with a camera in mid-November."
The same could be said for anyone who has been following this story closely. Hoover had shown a short portion of the tape to a WFTV photographer, and it looked authentic, Belich said.
"We'll definitely look into that," said Carlos Padilla, spokesman for the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
Law enforcement wants to talk to another private investigator, Dominic Casey, who used to work for the defense team for Casey Anthony, who is charged with Caylee's murder. But Belich reported that the defense team doesn't want its former private eye to divulge possible conversations about the whereabouts of Caylee's remains.
The twist on WKMG-Channel 6: Lee Anthony's attorney was saying that Casey's brother could face obstruction of justice charges.

It is highly unlikely that a murder-one conviction can be obtained in this case, unfortunately there are simply too many unanswered questions.
I’ll have to say this, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office has done nothing but screw this up from day one. They ought to step aside and let some professionals take over.
Looks new to me!
You know, in all the cases like this, I don't think we've ever had more than just the mother really in on the story. Family may support the mother and believe her story, but I don't think any have participated in the cover- up.
I don't like Cindy and think she's a nutcase, but I don't quite believe she could have known where that baby was and kept her mouth closed. I do think she "knew" Casey killed her and that Casey keeping her mouth shut was best for Casey.
Maybe they should call in the Denver police who so quickly solved that case of the missing mini beauty queen.
They could compare notes!
Implying, if you are a big enough liar, you can confuse the police so much you can get away with murder?
Ok, are these people stupid?
“I took a picture of this random place in case some time in the future someone claims to find the body here, I can prove that there was no body here. Just in case”.
Huh?
Too many fingers been in that pie to know who the screwer upper was.
Don’t anyone fool themselves on this case. No matter what, Casey never reported her little girl as missing.
That alone will be what convicts her, maybe not of 1st degree murder, but she will be convicted.
A member of her fanily may have helped in a cover up. I believe this will end up being revealed, but Casey will go down on this.
Most people on a jury aren’t that naive and Casey is not a minority, subject to a racial outcome.
Someone on Fox a few weeks back said there were many/several garbage bags toosed in the area where the body was found. I have not heard this since. The ONLY thing I have trouble with is how close the body was found to the road. One would think, unless sealed very well, the bag would smell in the summer. THEN there’s the friend of Casey who said they used to hang out there, and bury pets. Hopefully, the investigators found enough evidence in the home & car and crossed their ts etc.
