I'm so sick of hearing people make excuses and exceptions for Obama. He's busted! Read this:

* According to the Department of Land and Natural Resources of Hawaii, it's illegal to dump human remains on the shore (NOTE: Bambi dumped the ashes into the wind which blew tham back on shore).

* In accordance with the regulations determined by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, (cremated) remains must be scattered 3 nautical miles off the shore line.

* "Disposal location and measures - Cremated remains Cremated remains shall be buried in or on ocean waters without regard to the depth limitations specified for non-cremated remains in paragraph 2 above provided that such burial takes place at least

U.S. EPA Sea Burial / Ocean Dumping Regulations

NO RESPECT FOR HAWAIIAN LAW. NO RESPECT FOR US LAW. NO RESPECT FOR THE CONSTITUTION.

How do we know that was really his grandma? Is she really dead? He may just have been emptying his ashtray.

Ummmm..., I hope this is not an indication of your abilities to gather and state facts... LOL...

See the following...

Regarding cremated remains, EPA rules state they also should be released at least three nautical miles out to sea, and notification afterward is required.

Meanwhile, the EPA leaves it up to the state to regulate the waters within three nautical miles.

The state Department of Health allows scattering of human ashes within three nautical miles without any special permit or notification required.

That’s because cremated remains are not considered a health hazard, said Health Department spokeswoman Janice Okubo.

The department just asks that “whomever is scattering, to please be considerate of others in the area.”

If you have additional questions, contact Chief Petty Officer Marsha Delaney of the U.S. Coast Guard in Hawaii, at 541-2053.

While it is true that Obama is not someone that we as conservatives want, he has been elected and no one has shown any proof in a court of law as to why Obama should be prevented from assuming the Office of President of the United States. Not even the Supreme Court has taken any action to prevent him from assuming office.

The problem I’m seeing here with a lot of the people who post about Obama is that they get carried away with material that is plainly not true and are willing to believe *anything* — as long as it is negative against Obama. The problem is — that a lot of that material is speculative and is not proven and some is plainly false.

That’s not the way to really fight Obama. What’s going to be needed is very careful and precise information and not simply “outrage” for the sake of outrage. That’s not producing any productive results, it seems...

OK, thanks. Someone in the forum had said earlier that there was an exception for human ashes, but I hadn’t seen it confirmed anywhere, so I just mentioned it as a possibility.
