In Florida we have had a supposedly Republican Government for years. Well every time you turn around there is a new agency to mess you up. Aything you want to do you have to have permits fees licenses etc. The sales tax was 4% now it is 7% and going up. Almost a 100% tax increase. No where has the size and scope of government been reduced. Same with Bush and the Washington RINOS. I am going for a new party to vote for. I do not see the edge to vote for Republicans any more. I am just as disgusted with them as the Crats.No argument from me- our sales tax went from 3% to 7% ( "for the children"-- the schools ) while property taxes quintupled. Yes, "Da Skoolz" again. Lotto was supposed to pay for it... all it's done is cheat the poor, stupid, gullible, and greedy out of money they ought to spend on their families.
And what I see locally is being repeated in Atlanta, and in DC. A plague and a pox on both their houses.
