Drunks do stupid things.
If you drink it in the store it’s free.
Everyone knows that.
The dude was probably a liberal expecting somebody else to pay for him. After all, isn’t that why God created others?
I can see doing that if I actually had not stolen the soda.
I guess sometimes you just have to do things on principle :)
Why should any of us have to pay for sodas anymore? Another 20 or so days and “free sodas” for everyone in lolly pop land
The story does not saw how the man got to the store. He may have skipped out of a DUI.
>>>>>Why should any of us have to pay for sodas anymore?<<<<<
Yeah. Good question. Damned Cheney.
Hell if it was 157 Million he would be free! You got to think big if you are a criminal Rat.
Yea!!! Why indeed! January 20th can not come soon enough!! Then everything will be free! (That damn Bush. It was all his fault.) Just wait. Nirvana is almost here...
I know. That's why you never see grapes in anyone's house. They never made it to the scanner.
Yeah, when does the “free bubble up” start? Store probably charges for “rainbow stew”, too. Damn these mercenary capitalist pigs!
He still could have paid for the pop and just walked around outside until the officer was gone. But I like your thinking.
Ah, nevermind. :O)
Stupid hell, this was Altoona, it gets cold, he slept in a warm cell. Free room and board for a stolen coke, not too shabby if you are homeless or the wife kicks you out.
Ok...what is rainbow stew? I know M Haggard sang about it but I can’t find anything else.
Which is to say we each know just as much about it as the other. Of course, Merle probably couldn’t even explain it either even in his most coherent moments.
Everyone knows that.
Lots of people think that. I find empty (but used) cups by the soda fountain every day.
