Egyptian Shura Council Chairman: Iran Is Stirring Up Our Internal Affairs
Egyptian Shura Council chairman Dr. Safwat Al-Sharif has accused Iran of attempting to revive the old Persian Empire and of interfereing in Egypt’s internal affairs, with the aim of distracting attention from its own crisis.
Al-Sharif wondered how Iran, which itself is occupying territory of Arab lands, wanted to negotiate over the Palestinian matter.
