If one (or Juan) lives in a gated community with an armed sentry at the entrance, I suppose it makes one (or Juan) feel good to know that one (or Juan) is “helping” God’s children.
As for me, since I don’t live in a gated community, I’d rather help — and protect — MY children from invading predators.

My wife and I recently watched “Waitress,” a clever and sweet little film written and directed by Adrienne Shelly. Shelly was A VERY talented lady who also played a supporting role.
She was senselessly MURDERED in her NY apartment on November 1, 2006. Her body was found hanging by a sheet from a shower rod – by her husband. She was 40 and left behind a 3 year-old daughter who will never know her real mother.
A 19 YEAR OLD ECUADORIAN — AN ILLEGAL WHO SHOULD NEVER HAVE EVEN BEEN IN THE COUNTRY IN THE FIRST PLACE (THANK YOU CLINTON AND BUSH) — CONFESSED TO HER MURDER.
They are killing 25 of us every day.
IT WILL STOP WHEN THE MORONS IN WASHINGTON GET AS SERIOUS ABOUT THE ILLEGAL INVASION AS THEY ARE ABOUT HARASSING NATIVE BORN CITIZENS AT THE AIRPORTS.

Do you suppose this madness might have ended years ago if one of Bush’s daughters or McCain’s kids had been a victim of one of the millions of illegals they’ve allowed in here to kill the rest of us? Obama has promised to turn the borders into one-way turnstiles marked “ENTER” while HIS girls will be safe at Sidwell Friends.
Of course, any illegal attempting to do so would most likely be taken out by a well armed SS detail.
I’ve been a regular at local congressional town hall meetings for a few dozen years and noted that starting around 10 years ago, the majority of those there were angry that nothing was being done about the illegal invasion.
Why are we still waiting for the clowns in Malfunction Junction – who can produce convoluted legislative proposals to line their pockets or deliver pork back home and ram it through in the dark of night – to secure our national borders?
Perhaps YOU should get on over to those congressional town hall meetings and raise some serious hell – before YOU die at the hands of someone who ought not even BE HERE!
We have enough indigenous criminals. WE SURE AS HELL DON’T NEED TO IMPORT MORE.

- The economic crisis in Illinois has delivered Hispanics residing in the state a hard blow. More than 220,000 of them are encountering problems, even including meeting daily food needs. The Hispanics, especially those who are undocumented — employed in manufacturing and construction industries — are the ones mainly affected by unemployment. During the past year, the number of Hispanics requesting social services has increased, many of them seeking help for the first time.

- Laura Elena Zuñiga Huizar, 23 (Photos below relate), winner of this year’s beauty contest in the state of Sinaloa as well as the Hispano-American contest in Bolivia last November, was arrested along with seven men for possession of firearms. Mexican Army troops arrested the group in Guadalajara, Jalisco, and confiscated two AR15 assault rifles, three pistols, ammo clips, more than 600 rounds of ammo, 16 cell phones and around $18,000 US. According to police, the beauty queen said they were planning a shopping trip to Bolivia and Colombia.

- Based on a Washington Times article, El Universal reports that Barak Obama will have to confront the drug cartels in his own country while Mexico will remain the frontline in the drug war. Reports indicate that several Mexican cartels have installed communication centers close to the US border “to coordinate smuggling operations.” They also note that the US Department of Justice has issued a report that the cartels supply drugs to at least 230 cities in the US and are considered the major organized crime threat to the country.

- The three most violent states, Chihuahua, Sinaloa and Baja California reported 33 murders between last Sunday evening and Monday afternoon. Most were victims of fighting between drug gangs, although the count also included an active police officer, a woman and a five-year-old girl.

Mexico is exceedingly rich in mineral resources and oil, and its coasts are virtually made for resort hotels. It has beautiful mountains and other scenery. It has ancient historical churches and religious art, as well as Indian ruins. So, why in hell can’t they fix their own damned country, instead of sending their jobless people up here to scarf up dollars, and engage in smuggling drugs to the U.S. market, while they neglect their refineries and their mines and their other legitimate businesses?
Mexico could be one of the most prosperous countries in the world, if they would just straighten themselves out. Hell, they could do well enough to help out poor people in the U.S., if they chose to. Perpetuating the present system of exploitation and crime is doing neither Mexico nor the U.S. any good.
Well, yes, but...They are committing the crimes that American criminals won't commit.
