You come in my house pushing me out of the way and say you are taking my child or grandchildren and you can deal with my friends Smith & Wesson. Texas law says it was the father’s weekend to see the kids if a court order was made. The grandfather and mother could have been in contempt of court for their actions.

The father had already left the house when he was shot by the grandfather in the driveway. The grandfather followed the father out and then killed him.

The father’s “crime” was he wanted to see his kids. From your post, you would have been dead on the driveway.

He shot him in the driveway as the father was leaving. You would do that? That’s murder.

Pushing Grandpa? Near the pacemaker? How calculating and utterly staged.

No doors kicked in, no marks on Grandpa,no broken furnishings, no weapon on Brice.

No need to shoot the man.
