In an effort to win over fickle warlords and chieftains in Afghanistan and get information from them, CIA officials are handing out Viagra pills in exchange for their cooperation, the Washington Post reports.
"Whatever it takes to make friends and influence people - whether it's building a school or handing out Viagra," an agency operative, speaking on the condition of anonymity, told the Post.

Well warlord might be a bit dramatic. "Tribal leader" or even "Tribal elder" would likely be more appropriate. Being elders, which might mean 40 in that society, means things don't always work anymore, nothing that a little tweak to the nitrous oxide production/consumption reactions wouldn't fix)
Give them all the nitrous oxide they want. Heck, give them helium cannisters so they can call their goats in “Alvin and the Chipmunks” voices.
Next time I vacation in Afghanistan, I’ll bring my own sopa-on-a-rope! Don’t want to drop the soap!
Reminds me of what I used to hear in Viet Nam. “Grab ‘em by the balls and their hearts and minds will follow”. It obviously still works!
