Inconsistencies In Allocation Of [Coleman and Franken] Ballots
Coleman for Senate ^ | 12/23/08

Posted on 12/25/2008 5:25:44 AM PST by Caleb1411

In response to requests from the media and public for the ballots we brought to the State Canvassing Board as inconsistently counted for Coleman and Franken, we have recently posted some of those ballots on our website.

While we have great respect for the long, difficult work that has been done by the canvassing board throughout this process, we remain concerned about the hasty dismissal of our concerns today. In an election that is this breathtakingly close, such inconsistencies matter to the overall credibility of the count. As the ballots will show you, there have clearly been some inconsistencies in how these ballots were allocated.

Example A

In this example there are two separate ballots, one with the Franken oval filled in, the other with the Coleman oval filled in. In both instances, an “X” covers the oval for both the Senate race and the Presidential race. However, the Board allocated the Franken vote for Franken while the Coleman vote was designated a “no vote.”

Click here to see the ballot allocated to Franken, and here to see the Coleman ballot that was designated as a no vote.

Example B

In this group of ballots, two Franken votes and two Coleman votes have their respective ovals filled in, but with an “X” or a line through only their Senate race vote. Again, as in the previous example, the Board allocated the Franken votes for Franken while the Coleman votes were designated as “no votes.”

Click here and here to see the ballots allocated to Franken, and here and here to see the Coleman ballots that were designated as no votes.

Coleman's gotta take this to court. The squiggles that invalidate a Coleman vote are identical to the stray marks that don't invalidate a vote counted for Franken.

When liberal hypocrisy and hubris get this blatant, Coleman simply can't acquiesce to broad-daylight larceny.

Unbelieveable!

In both cases the intended votes are clearly and resoundingly identifiable, there’s just no question whatsoever about what the voter intended. None. Not even a sliver of doubt is possible.

So why did Coleman NOT get those votes!?!?!

There is no rational or even remotely plausible excuse for this kind of in-your-face cheating.

I’m guessing the Rats believe this will end up being voted by the Senate, so who cares.

But it should end up in the Supreme Court as a completely invalid election with the results manipulated by corrupt Rat officials.

Be proud Wisconsin!

"Inconsistencies" is too polite a word to describe what the Dems are attempting here.

maybe one should remove the word “democrat” and replace it with the word “insurgent”. (one word can change the whole game.)

IMHO

At the beginning the author of this say’s that:

“While we have great respect for the long, difficult work that has been done by the canvassing board throughout this process”

Personally I have no respect for a board that has involved themselves in a wholesale fraud.

I believe they should be arrested .

It look consistent to me. The goal is to invalidate as many Coleman votes as possible.

They are going to steal this election. The fact that they are willing to commit this kind of fraud, and don’t really care if it sees the light of day as it has on the Coleman website, indicates to me that the fix is in.

No matter what, they are going to get the votes for Franken.

This is just a microcosm of what is going on nationally.

A third party candidate absorbed something like 15% of the vote as I read it. Coleman would easily win a runoff.

I guess the Democrats think people are so complacent (at least in MN) that there won’t be a major backlash from this obvious cheating. That is all we need, one more clown in the Senate.

Jesse Ventura's party. They didn't think they did enough damage to the state with Jesse.

The people in washington re-elected the arch villain Christine Gregoire even though they knew from her first race that she was an election cheat.

Idiots galore, yes, but not quite enough -- IF the votes are counted correctly and fairly -- to elect Franken.
