Can anyone suggest a really good bed?
I tested several Duxiana and Sleep Numbers in the stores but you really can’t tell without an overnight.
I hate insomnia.

An acquaintance of mine, a psychiatrist, is the most upbeat and cheerful guy you would ever meet. In addition he may be the world's only fat Bengali...

Anyway, he always maintains that sex is good for the heart and that people should be more active sexually in order to prevent coronary disease.

Recently I overheard another coworker complaining to him about his chronic lower back pain. "Back ache?" said Ali, "You need to be having more sex. Sex is the best thing you can do for a bad back."

Now I understand why his patients love him so much.

Maybe people with clear arteries sleep longer. And not that sleeping longer is good for arteries.

I have a sleep number bed and I love it. I have had back problems and neck problems for years. I don’t have any now. You can adjust these beds to any comfort level you want. I don’t like to soft of a matress; so I use a higher setting. Have had no problems with in in the 6 years I have owned one.

Being an incredible lover has kept me awake most nights since my wife first met me.

I take Melatonin, and within 30 minutes after taking it I sleep like a baby. It doesn’t knock you out like a sleeping pill and you wake up ready to go. You can buy it at the grocery store in the vitamin section.

I don’t see how they accounted for the cause vs. effect in the study.
Which is it:
Proper Sleep May Help Clear Arteries
or:
Clear Arteries May Help Proper Sleep
