I’ll be monitoring the prices of Obama-relics and Obama-memorabilia on Ebay. That’s how we’ll know how he’s doing.
Unless there’s also Obama-futures...

Bulk purchases of memoirs are a way of laundering gifts to politicians. Say you are a successful businessman. You wanna pay a politician a hundred thousand bucks? Bulk buy his memoir for all your employees because you found it “inspirational” and no one can say boo. This woman doesn’t appear to be doing that, though. Maybe she’s just dumb.
for years, my uncle’s been telling a story about twins he went to school with, Lemonjello and Oranjello.

that being said, i wouldnt put it past someone to name their kid(s) that. I once had a waitress named “Aspirin.”

You know, maybe what Letrice Titus doing is not a bad idea.
She understands that it’s all about getting your point of view front and center.
She’s trying to indocrinate kids by seeing to it that this pablum biography is given out in the schools.
Maybe it’s time that conservatives start doing the same thing. Maybe we need to start making donations to schools and libraries!
I have a number of titles in mind.
How about “No One Left to Lie To” By Christopher Hitchens?
Or “The Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam”?
I’m sure that a lot of fellow Freepers can think of additional titles.
On a side note, I have done this. In ‘04, the Bush campaign released a soft-cover book the President’s major policy addresses or speeches. It was a book worthy of donation because it was the verbatim text from his speeches. I considered it a research-oriented donation. Future generations need to read about Bush’s speeches right after 9/11 and on the night the invasion of Iraqw started.
It’s up to us to push the agenda in the schools and public libraries. The Left is doing it already and guess what? They’re not gonna stop.

It's not just library books, but it's classroom materials. Groups like Greenpeace support their message by giving out non-partisan materials like cute animal posters--which prime the surface for them to lay on the propaganda. Conservatives should be providing materials that are non-partisan--like posters of the Founding Fathers, which can help get the subversive message of our Constitutional republic across.
Copies of Federalist, etc., would be good.
Teachers are always looking for free materials (might I suggest we start giving out "FReebies"?), so I encourage others to get involved!
I see that one & I can't post what I say. It isn't nice at all. I hate that smug grin guy. The only use I have for those plates would be to use them for target practice.

WHY is he so inspiring?
All he did was get chosen by powerful rich liberal leaders to be groomed as their way into the White House. He was chosen because he speaks well and is of a protected minority, and the powerful knew that there would be a groundswell for a member of his race to be President.
George Bush was similarly chosen by conservative powers, with MORE background and experience, though without the two characteristics of race and eloquence, and people did not consider him in Dec 2000 to be an inspiration to us all.
So if the only thing Obama’s got going is that he can speak and he is black, then do you realize what this means?
Everyone who is inspired by Obama is a racist. Each and every person inspired by him had very low expectations for Obama and anyone else with dark skin. It’s pure logic. And I find it disgusting.
