~~PING!
IMO he’s going to walk.
Let’s hope he takes a lot of the bad guys down with him.
To court over and over again.
America will either 1) rise up and loudly demand that this supremely haired, arrogance bastard be thrown out on his ass, or 2) collectively continue to tolerate the accelerating death of this country at the hands of politicians just like Blago.
Sadly, we have become an overwhelming PC country which long ago surrendered the manly orbs required to be a free people. I truly hope we rediscover them before its too late.
Good analogy. For those that don't know, ShamWow is supposed to be a miracle cleaning cloth that soaks up everything from coffee stains to bloodstains-it is famous around the internet by its nickname Scam-WOW.
Best. Hannukah. Gift. Ever.
It’s not becoming to have fun at such a sordid affair. But as a European, I empathize with all those trying to keep politics in the US an honest business; because to make up for the deeds of one Blago, a thousand others must carry on completely spot-free. The man obviously is a narcissist and does not see nor feel the damage he does to others.
Can’t be the same guy. The part is on the wrong side.
The Europeans are more subtle with their corruption, but it’s there. How many European leaders have been bought secretly by the Saudis et al (how else to explain their pro-Muslim policies)? How many in the US?
Given those Friday comments of his (first time I’d heard his voice), he’s truly a walking Johnny Carson skit.
I noticed that. I hate to be nitpicky, but if someone went to the trouble to put together the photofunny you’d think he could spend 30 seconds to flip the Lego image.
Bloodstains, you say. Considering Chicago politics, that may come in handy.
Plenty. The Saudis are famous for buying State Department diplo-weenies.
Vince aka ShamWow guy is a pretty hilarious pitchman. Sadly the product is a scam. A lot like our politicians and justice system - a scam.
ally=alley OOOPS!
Oh yes, it’s there all right. Take Berlusconi (Italy). He committed more tax fraud than any U.S. politician I know, but he’s immune to persecution because he is prime minister. And since he controls so many media and is eager to break down education laws, he’s gonna be a nuisance to all Italians for a long time.
To be fair: I can’t for the life of me imagine that Gerhard Schröder (ex-chancellor of Germany) and Chirac or Villepin (France) actually were bought by Saudi’s or their brethren, because they didn’t want to invade Iraq. For me the Iraq war was (is) a historic mistake (there being no WMDs nor Al Qaeda members there; the latter emerged after the invasion, in civil war-like circumstances). The financial position of the U.S. got weakened considerably because of that war, more than 4,000 troops got KIA, and the means to combat the credit crunch were diminished by, oh, some 700 to 800 billion dollars - enough to combated the present financial problems and have some nice savings for the future too, instead of the current predicament.
Even president Bush admitted recently that he was wrongly informed about those reasons for invading Iraq.
Well, this is how I read it in Europe anyway, in papers left, right and center.
“IMO hes going to walk.”
I agree...Fitz pulled the plug on the investigation BEFORE any money changed hands to protect Obama, and dems in general from any reall chance of convictions.
