The jury in the Fort Dix plot case has resumed deliberations in the case of five men accused of plotting an attack on the Army base.
The panel resumed their deliberations in Camden, N.J., on Monday. On Sunday, they told Judge Robert Kugler they expected to reach a decision Monday.
The five defendants, all foreign-born Muslim men who lived for years in the Philadelphia suburb of Cherry Hill, N.J., are charged with conspiring to kill military personnel and attempted murder.
They would face life in prison if convicted on those charges. Their lawyers maintain none of the defendants were plotting anything.

2007 Fort Dix attack plot
A group of six radical Islamist[1] men, allegedly plotting to stage an attack on the Fort Dix military base in New Jersey, United States, were arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on May 7, 2007. They were subsequently charged with planning an attack against U.S. soldiers. The alleged aim of the six men was said to be to "kill as many soldiers as possible".[2] Their trial began on October 20, 2008. [3]

Assistant U.S. Attorney William Fitzpatrick said the defendants were inspired by jihad saying "Their motive was to defend Islam. Their inspiration was Al Qaeda and Osama bin Laden.

Good questions, although I'd guess that the likelihood is miniscule that they contributed any of their own money.
I only wonder to how many of our "New Americans" this applies to.
To be sure, we all know folks who've come from foreign lands, learned English, and through sacrifice and the sweat of their own brow, made not only a successful life, but contributed to this great nation.
That being said, I suspect a great many Suicidal Sons of the Desert choose to wait here in subsidized housing, on welfare, enjoying our civilization while biding time for the coming jihad where they can turn America into another Trashcanistan.

No question about it. Some years ago a muslim family occupied an apartment next to my apartment. The husband did nothing but glower and snarl at his frightened-looking, burkha-wearing wife and their two small kids. He never said a word to me, ever. In the evenings, men would arrive and much Arabic would be spoken in their living room. I have no idea what was being discussed, but I never felt comfortable about the situation. I wish now that I'd contacted somebody in the government about those evening meetings, but it was before 9/11 and I let it slide. I'll never make a mistake like that again.

It wouldn't surprise me: Bill Ayers is more than fond of anybody who's less than fond of America.
