Maybe she'll just ask for "tip equity" since her tips will probably be a lot lower than the other waitress' tips.

whats not to get? haven’t we noticed a trend yet? these muslim women are purposly applying for jobs that they KNOW will try and force them to dress differently thereby giving them the reason they need to sue and hopefully in a handfull of years get laws on the books with precidence that will eventually allow them to change our entire culture forever.

Well, I understand and agree with what you're saying. I know I'm preaching to the choir here but I hope the she is laughed out of court. I consider myself to be a fairly smart person but wrapping my head around the mentality of these people is just painful.
