Looking back over the pics, you can see tears in the eyes of VP Cheney and Chief Justice Roberts. This dear man touches and has touched many with his goodness and decency. Oh, how I will miss him.

They are special photos and saddens me that the dreadful things said about the VP when you see photos like that.

Interesting you say tears in the eyes maybe it is the fact I am wearing sun glasses but I felt deep sincere looks of gratitude aimed towards the President and also a relaxed and happy pose. Maybe a sense of a job well done or done to the best that he and the President could do under such circumstances they have faced over the last 8 years.

Off to the hospital now to see dad I have rung and he is in the chair so no doubt will be experiencing problems with his back.
