Its past time to trim the fat. Unfortunately, Bush just ensured it won’t happen ‘on his watch’.

I won’t miss W’s stupidity as its been displayed in his second term. This is thankfully the last thing he can screw up between now and Inauguration.

Damn it, Bush KNOWS BETTER THAN THIS!
