One of the original legal challenges to President-elect Barack Obama's eligibility for office to reach the U.S. Supreme Court now has been scheduled for a conference, a meeting at which the justices discuss its merits and whether to step into the fray.
Online schedules posted by the court show the case brought by attorney Philip J. Berg is set for a conference Jan. 9.
The case is one among several that already have reached the U.S. Supreme Court and address the issue of Obama's eligibility to occupy the Oval Office under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that presidents be "natural born" citizens.
Berg has submitted several requests for injunctions, seeking the court's order to stay proceedings in the electoral process until his case is heard, but the request have been rejected.
His original claim, however, remains on track to be heard.
"I know that Mr. Obama is not a constitutionally qualified natural born citizen and is ineligible to assume the office of president of the United States," Berg said in a statement on his ObamaCrimes.com website.
"Obama knows he is not 'natural born' as he knows where he was born and he knows he was adopted in Indonesia; Obama is an attorney, Harvard Law grad who taught Constitutional law; Obama knows his candidacy is the largest 'hoax' attempted on the citizens of the United States in over 200 years; Obama places our Constitution in a 'crisis' situation; and Obama is in a situation where he can be blackmailed by leaders around the world who know Obama is not qualified," Berg's statement continued.

How about supplying his:
educational records
employment records
legislative records
medical records
passport records
adoption records
How about supplying ONE CREDIBLE WITNESS that places his mother or him in Hawaii or anywhere else in America at the time of his birth?
How about supplying him with the name of two American parents that could have provided him with Natural-born citizenship status and qualify the guy for POTUS!

Your second scenario is more likely and perhaps that is why this affirmative action fraud has hidden from the world ALL his adult history, like college registration, tuition funding, and teavel passports. My guess is the lying squirrel has gamed the registration using his Indoensian citizenship and perhaps his Kenyan citizenship for other purposes. He did post at his lie site that he allowed his Kenayn citizenship to expire. He did not mention his Indonesian citizenship! The man is a wicked person and lying is no hill for such an evil heart.

Oh, you mean the one that had the "Freep this poll" alert here? Yeah, there's a scientific sample. The AOL poll also had McCain beating Obama by 20 points.
There is also a case in the Washington State Supreme Court- Broe vs. Reed scheduled for January 8, 2009. In the State of Washington, voters are considered to have standing.

Get over yourself. Lawsuits are not based on emotion, but facts and the particulars of the way a case is written. I've read Berg's entire pleading; have you?
And if I give Berg's lawsuit slim odds because he took on the obviously lunatic truthers' case and used similar language in both pleadings doesn't mean I believe Obama is a citizen, natural or otherwise.
Judges are hairsplitters. It's unrealistic to work oneself up into thinking things will turn out the way you want, when realistically, the odds are stacked against Berg and his case.

If so, you can pass those "facts" to the 9/11 Truther Philip Berg whose case goes for review before the four Strict Constructionist Justices of the SCOTUS.
If 0bama is not a natural born citizen, there will be so many various documentations of that, that sooner or later something will surface. A person like him - so many parents, grandparents, residences, schools, etc - there’s a huge paper trail.
He cannot have scrubbed every single one. Sooner or later something will be brought to light that will damn him.

Isn’t it beyond credulity that so many cases were fatally flawed. Statistically, one should of have had standing. I usually don’t hold with the conspiracy theorists, but this is beyond belief. The courts have absolutely shown their true face...cowards and criminally negligent.

FOIAs have been submitted for Obama’s birth, college records, legal clients, mother’s travel records, etc...
Almost all of the time it takes a court order to enforce answering a FOIA request.
They are essentially worthless for any informatin of importance.

It is Obama that is required to meet the criteria of the constitution. With Obama’s denial to produce any school records, college records, medical records, passport records, adoption records and not condemning the forged COLB being presented on the web as well as the issues with his alleged Selective Service form he has created a reasonable suspicion that can be very easily resolved by simply producing his real B.C. You know, just like John McCain did.
However Mr. Obama has expended over $800,000.00 Dollars hiding it.
Hawaii allowed registration of foreign births to anyone who lived in Hawaii for at least a year. Obama’s sister Maya has a Hawaii COLB also even though she was born in Indonesia. A Hawaii COLB is worthless in proving that Obama was actually born there.
Hawaii officials only verified that they had a B.C. on file but did NOT confirm where it said he was born.
