Florida police investigating the disappearance of Caylee Anthony say they are re-interviewing a county water meter reader who earlier this month discovered what likely are the girl's remains, but they deny that the person is a suspect in the girl's death.
The worker found bones Dec. 11 near the Orlando home where then 2-year-old Caylee lived with her mother and maternal grandparents. He also had called in a tip to police on Aug. 11, 12 and 13, telling them to look in the same are for the remains, police said.
Orange County Sheriff's officials say they believe the unidentified tipster was in the area on Dec. 11 following up on his own tip when he discovered the remains.

This case has just taken a major turn from ordinary made-for-TV movie to epic Gone With The Wind proportions.
Nancy Graceless must be in heaven.
This all sounds odd, but I have a theory. It is possible that the meter reader was actually playing detective on his own. This case horrified so many people on so many levels- the meter reader worked in the area of Caylee’s house and may have been actively looking for her body all this time. He likely wouldn’t say that- for many reasons but that is what I think he was doing.
I have to admit if I lived in the area I would have had a sharp eye for things I thought were amiss; I would not have set out to find her body- but I would want it found and if I thought I saw something or had an idea I would likely tip the authorities. I think most of us would in that situation, no one wants to think about a child especially just being dumped somewhere.
As no good deed goes unpunished I am sure this man will be drug through the muck of the trial but I do understand why he got involved.
Anthony Rusciano was Casey's cop friend that was fired from the force.
Now we need to know the date he was fired.
The deputy was fired Aug. 22, 2008, which means he could possibly have been the deputy who answered the tip on Aug. 13....
"Why" is anyone's guess at this point.
This clearly pegs suspect meters due to the fact that it appears to be the same individual that is trying to get the LEOs attention multiple times, and it turns out he is the one that eventually just walks up and finds the remains.
Trust me, this is either one of the biggest law enforcement screws up of all time, or this individual is very involved in this caper.
