For decades, this area has been Democratic. That’s the reason we are known for having some of the best public schools around. ROTFLMAO!!!!

That jumped at me too. I live in a Dem area, it's been so since 1932. We have lost jobs and families galore. Pittsburgh's population is one half it's population of 1950. The schools here are horrible. 67% black, cause white families fled the insanity, or use private/parochial schools.
