Obsessive Compulsion often makes normal gifted people into stars and super stars in business, health care, sports and other professions.
If they can’t control it at work, home and in many social situations, they can become super PIA’s.
Many love their PDAs, cell phones or combos more than their family members. These levels are diagnosed as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, OCD. The OCD often becomes clinical and pathological like Howard Hughes with dirt.
My wife is an Obsessive Compulsive. The good news is she has no cell phone, pda or a personal planner and has never activated her email account at work.
