the "having the baby in Africa" story doesn't hold water without additional evidence.

Having the baby in Hawaii doesn't wash without proof either.

Berg is supposed to have all kinds of documentation from Kenya and England that has been submitted to the Supreme Court as part of his case.

I’m afraid your (and everyone else’s) argument about her being in Kenya is the weak one. She was a Hawaii resident, she was in college in Hawaii, etc. So someone claiming she was in Kenya (12,000 miles away, halfway around the globe) instead is the one that must prove she was there. Your logic here is laughable.

Berg’s evidence must not have been enough — the SCOTUS declined the petition.

I guess my only reason for replying is to try and convince some of us Freepers to stop dreaming that Obama will be denied the office. We are seriously looking like tinfoil folks ourselves.
