I’m afraid your (and everyone else’s) argument about her being in Kenya is the weak one. She was a Hawaii resident, she was in college in Hawaii, etc. So someone claiming she was in Kenya (12,000 miles away, halfway around the globe) instead is the one that must prove she was there. Your logic here is laughable.

Berg’s evidence must not have been enough — the SCOTUS declined the petition.

I guess my only reason for replying is to try and convince some of us Freepers to stop dreaming that Obama will be denied the office. We are seriously looking like tinfoil folks ourselves.

Think what you want, as the rest of us will. I don't see a weakness in my argument, but I do see a lot in yours. There are way too many holes and gaps in this story, with ALL records everywhere in the world being sealed. This is more than troubling or unsettling. Do more research on the articles here in FR, then get back to us.

BTW...Berg's cases is still alive.

Nonsense.

Stanley Ann and Obama Sr. went to Kenya to get married during winter break in late January 1961 because marrying him in Hawaii would have constituted criminal bigamy in Hawaii and he did not wish to test the issue.

She had been kicked out by her parents at that point and had formed a relationship with Obama Sr.'s other wife and with one of his father's other wives whom Jr. calls grandmother. She stayed in Kenya with them.

Report on college registration records at University of Hawaii are on the long thread and are conclusive that she dropped out of school before the winter term--she wasn't there and there is no evidence anywhere that she was in Hawaii or anywhere else other than Kenya from the time of the marriage on Feb. 2, 1961 to the time she tried to board BOAC in July of 1961 and was rejected because of her pregnancy. In fact, Obama himself has admitted on the record that she was in Kenya 72 hours before his birth.
