Michelle was protection for UofC hospital. Blago and Rezko were shaking down hospitals in IL when they needed new permits..like their community clinics.
It is obvious, also, that the Rezko realestate deal was a payment to Zero for services rendered. Blatant bribery.
I sometimes wonder if anyone has actually filed a compliant to the FBI about this transaction. Seems any citizen with knowledge of it could file.

Good point - the transcript has Blaggo spouting off about Zer0's wife getting the Walmart position she was unqualified for while his wife was more qualified. That one little point should make it obvious that the black widow and Zer0 are fully involved. Fitz can;t bury that - it's out there.
