What “free speech” is that?

The Constitutional doctrine of free speech does not guarantee the right to a forum of your choice (cake from Shop-Rite in this case) or the right to compel others to facilitate your speech. It also does not guarantee freedom from criticism and mockery or the right to be taken seriously.

All the Constitution really guarantees is that these idiots can’t be tossed in the jail for honoring their hero, and nobody here has suggested that.
