What in the heck happened to those missing news stories reporting Obama spoke with Blag??

Once again, very suspect items have fallen off the radar...snap!
They are gone and no longer mentioned?
No effort by anyone to reconcile the fact that it was reported Obama met with Blag to discuss the senate seat.
What in the H is the deal please?
Plus we've all just "moved on " from Axelrod's declarative statement that he KNEW Obama had spoken to the governor about the seat?
