This morning on Drudge, there was a similar article about the crisis that O was facing to stop global warming. I thought it would be tongue in cheek, but no, they were serious. Below that article was the headline: record cold in Denver, below that record breaking sub zero temps in Montana, below that an article about the ice storm in the east. Yep, global warming is top concern...except to those of us trying to keep warm.
The more he makes Americans believe that the world (or the economy) is in crisis, the greater likelihood that we will permit him to re-make our economy along Socialist principals and abide by mandates from supergovernmental organizations.
By making showy moves in the first 100 days, they can take credit for nipping it in the bud and stopping it in its tracks...
and then they can declare victory over global warming as one of the cornerstones of the Messiah’s first term...

I could use some warming right now. I’m freezing my ‘nads off. Possibly due to solar cycles at a recorded low. The earth may be warming (due to magnetic changes), but the atmosphere is cooling. Open up that border and trade all of those Mexicans places; let them freeze while I bask in the heat!
