Note how he realized he could NOT say “We were not...” because he KNOWS RAHM EMANUEL WAS AWARE because Rahm Emanuel was playing Blagojevich’s corrupt game — and probably with Obama’s approval.

It seems so apparent by his guilty slip of the tongue that Obama is involved in the “Pay for Play” for his senate seat. He knew!!

I agree that Emanuel was probably doing Obama's bidding but I don't think he'd be willing to take a fall for the guy. Who did he support in the primaries?

Not accurate. Unless it can be proved that Biden was part of the plot to defraud the people, his selection by the Electors will stand. The COTUS indicates distinct and separate processes for choosing the President and Vice President. There is no explicit process for qualifying a President, and the 20th Amendment, in Section 3, only indicates what should occur if "the President elect shall have failed to qualify," implying that the qualification process is supposed to happen between the counting of the Electoral Votes and the Inauguration. Who is to do this is not specified, but logically, in order for there to be no qualified President elect, such qualification could occur no earlier than the counting. I think that the members of Congress present for the counting have an obligation to challenge any Electoral Votes for a candidate not proved to be qualified at that time or if there is evidence of fraud, but as I said, there is no process spelled out in the COTUS. Such challenges have been made - in 2005, in 1877, and further back.
